Agamemnon's boots are broken and being exploited

Since i can\'t an answer to my ticket i\'ll post here.
I sent a link to one of my fights to the devs showing the Agamemnon\'s boots are totally broken and being use to exploit the game.
Not sure if you can see the fight but i\'ll post here anyways:

A friend is parked in my garden so i could test it. All is working fine untill turn 5, i do hit him with Arcane lightining, no problem then Sands of time do;no damage at all(an ability that can\'t be avoided by dodge), turn 6 normal hit no damage again, turn 7 normal hit no damage. I do hit every time just don\'t do any damage.
Again some people in my server know and are exploiting it.
