        My payment history shows 39.99... however;the amount of diamonds listed is 2,000. I payed 39.99. I get credit for 2,000. This has happened to me repeatedly and;I\'m tired of the bad customer service;I\'m getting.;Normally I wouldn\'t care.. but since you guys started this recharge history event . . . I care. Not to mention my total recharge rewards weren\'t accurately accounted for and I;had to spend more money to get them (not cool).;What can be done to fix this?.. The guys answering my support tickets are either mentally challenged, don\'t care, or assume telling people to wait is the correct answer. I\'ve waited and its still broken. I put in my last ticket about 2 weeks ago and nothing but another guy telling me I need to wait and somehow the issue will magically fix it\'s self.. Anyhow.. If I go to a store and they sell me a product that isn\'t as described or broken.. I return it for my money back. I\'m one of those cashers that has a ton of money and spend a lot with you guys. I\'d like my issue fixed. Is there any moderator on here that will say anything but You need to wait longer?

        I reread my post and I figured maybe I should clarify that this isn\'t a one time incident. I have (on multiple occasions) not received my total rewards and have been put down on my payment history for either 0 diamonds or half of the amount I bought. It does affect my in-game experience as I\'m not getting the total recharge rewards and sometimes I don\'t get credit for The Precious event. It can feel like a punch in the throat when you spend $300 on diamonds, and then you don\'t get the 30k diamonds from the precious.. and you also don\'t get the total rewards for it. To me... that\'s just wrong. What\'s worse is the customer support responses. Here\'s a small sample of my experience with customer service...

No I do not have it still. Did you even look at  the screenshot I attached? it clearly says 2000 diamonds next to both purchases for 39.99.... That is not a delay.. that is purely an error on your side! I do not have time for bad customer service! either give me what I paid for or lose a customer!

As one could imagine.. I got no further responses. As per the usual. So anyone care to lend better help than Coulson and the countless other bad customer support representatives? or am I quitting LoA?

seems to be glitch with world pay not doing the 3999 amount but converting to 1999, seen multiple posts with same issue. that is why precious and total recharge not activating when you think it should. dont know why it is happening but that seems to be the trend. just have to work around as best can, until worldpay is fixed, also some pay methods to hold trans for a while so may not post immediately after purchase.
