        I need some help if I can get it. Here\'s what happened..i was trading anniversary tickets around..when the power when off..and when I was able to log back on I have a perfect goddess pak; in my inventory. Well being I\'d already had those active.. is there anyway..i can get those 7 tickets back..OFC I didn\'t open it as thee was no need.. I gotta ask and try..cause I don\'t know how it happened.

        Dear player thank you for reporting this.
        I will let the devs know about this however the logs will be checked.
        If by any chance you clicked it and you bought it then according to this post here:

                                                     THINGS NOT REPLACEABLE       
Please keep in mind that logs are checked to see if you owned titles/items etc. lying will not work.

- If you accidentally turn off notifications for gold spending, your gold will not be replaced.
- If you knowingly dismiss heroes you will not be refunded
- If you inherit heroes at 75% and lose title, you will not get your title/hero/items replaced (do 100% for title transfer)
- If someone such as a friend/family member/partner changes or makes any mistake on your account, you will not be refunded or have things replaced (please be very wary of your account and who has access to it).
-If you spend gold anywhere and are not satisfied with he results you will not be refunded (this is a game of luck and chance nothing is 100% guaranteed)
- Lost titles lost by your own mistake/mis-click will not be replaced.
- Most things considered as mistakes will not be refunded. so please try to be very careful in what you do in game.

        I am afraid that you wont receive it. Anyways in best case scenario the item will be remove and will get refund or you might get some compensation for it, while in worst case scenario nothing will happen.

        Please be more careful with what you buy next time.
        And good luck with opening the packs.
