        The difference between hittting 0% of the time and 100% is too great yes i agree in order to hit 95%-100% of the time hit should match dodge but 1k less dodge shouldn\'t make hit rate 20% or less, as such i think there should be a minimum hit rate imposed for melees and skills if hit is at least half dodge:
        10% for melees
        15% for skills
        aswell as a better hit to dodge ratio system such as
        -if hit 105%+ of dodge 100% hit rate
        -if hit 95%-104% of dodge 95%-99% hit rate
        -if 90%-75% make hit rate proportionate to % of dodge
        -if 60%-70% hit rate 20%-45%
        -if 50%-60% hit take on minimum hit rate
        -if below 40%-49% 1%-9% hit rate
        -if any lower no hit chance
