VIP problem and possible legal action! Reply:5| View:749
I last month had to resubmit my ticket to have my vip auto pay stopped and i was informed action was being taken on that. I only recently discovered that not only was no action taken to stop the auto pay, resulting in another 6.99 charge, but it came when my account couldn\'t handle the charge now I demand that you correct the results of your error or I WILL seek legal action and use the logs of my support tickets to sink you! (yes there is a recent reply to the support ticket with more details!)

VIP problem and possible legal action!

just so you guys know i\'ve already contacted paypal and they are aware that the last charge you submitted wasn\'t with my approval and i have disputed it and the worse case for you guys is your ability to use paypal as a form of payment will be revoked costing you quite a bit in revenue so think on that and do your jobs correctly!

Keep in mind, standard practice for credit companies is once they have an authorization #.. they no longer need your approval to take money... read the fine print in agreements.

fine print yes, however on a voluntary recurring payment, if you show that you gave ample time to cancel it, it can be used to prove that the payment is no longer valid.  so would show LOA now taking money that is not due

Or you could just contact paypal and cancel it if they don\'t(or your bank) just to be 100% sure
