        I am sick of the grossly devalued compensation you guys offer for events which in no way actually compensate for the real losses suffered due to YOUR issues. The compensation for the last 2 CW is a joke. Take this CW, I\'m a VIP 4, your current system malfunction is costing me 2000 CW points, how is 2 P.boxes compensation? 200 points, and a couple orange essences (costing stamina to use) even remotely comparable, not to mention, it may very well cost me a total point reward. But hey,who cares right,i\'m just the little guy,and you make your money either way. I am becoming increasingly insulted and offended by your complete lack of motivation to ACTUALLY make amends for your problems.

apparently you don't understand compensation

        while i do agree with what your saying in terms of the compensation never matching the losses caused i will say this.

        everytime there has ever been a bug which has caused people to miss out on the required amount of points for the rewards gtarcade have always made sure that those players receive said reward so im sure if it comes down to it and were 2k points short of reaching the next prize they will do something about it

        didn\'t last CW when beast melee problem cost me 80 k reward,7 p.boxes definitely didn\'t cover my losses. hell,20 stamina pills would of been more of a compensation. the bottom line is we are undervalued as customers.

apparently you don't understand compensation

        Well i believe we didnt loose that many points from expedition bug. It was actually 150 points out of 200 points for 2 days. And the compensation of 2 pandoras box is more than enough. Since you can have 3 people with it and do 6 legendary minions for 600 points.

        i dont think you get the real issue here. its not just about this compensation, which we do see as possibly near the lost amount of event points. it is the fact that there isnt true compensation in the way of we are sorry for the inconvenience that was caused.;

        example: (this has happened in real life to me personally) i order a pizza, without green peppers. driver brings me pizza with green peppers, extra green peppers. i call in the mistake/issue, they bring me another pizza for no extra cost. this happens repeatedly. pizza box has 800 number to call for issues. now i get 5 pizzas at no cost, the manger makes my pizza personally and thanks me for still being a customer.

        i hope in this example you can see how and where, we the customers, might feel like compensation is not enough sometimes, if the company intends to keep happy customers.
        just my opinion...

        actually if you lost 2days of expedition is 100 points for free member or 200 points for vip3+
        in 3 days we get 30 free gold, 1xtra melee is 20gold if i am not wrong
        yes, but thats gold i wanted to use for something else - give me a break, pple waste the free gold on WB etc

bottom line is a happy customer is a repeat customer. but my math is,(im vip 4)i get 2x expedition daily,each pass 200 points. thats 400 points daily, x 5 days = 2000 points, 2 p boxes,even split between 3 people(your still undervalued 600 points) is woefully inept compensation.;

        Issue was there for 2 days, so what is 2 pandora boxes ? 200 points. How many points did anyone lose over those 2 days ? 200 points if vip3 +.
        4 times 50 = 200.
