easier way to get angels in events

so i reallllyyy want the angel varda but shes not in many events and when she is shes extremely hard to get! theres many other angels that are hard to get as well like elena is tycoon i would really appreciate it if gtarcade made an easier way to get angels like these in events as i dont have many diamonds (or money) to spend on this game but i really want these angels, does anyone agree?
