Missing HoC Cards going on a Month with NO Resolution

I originally submitted my problem on May 14th, and it is the 9th of June, and still no resolution.; GTA had no problem letting me spend my money to aquire the cards that I did.; How come it is taking so long to get what I have already bought and paid for given back to me.; I have continued to support your game, why must I continue getting no help from support?; I have already had to watch 2 HoC events go by with Heros that I would like to recruit in them.; Can we please get this settled before the next HoC comes out so I can use what I paid for already and get the heros I want.; Thank you

What is your exact problem? Also if you do not have Screenshots nothing can be done sadly. So try leaving more info here with Screenshots and hope someone responds that can help.

The MoDs are well aware of my problem, but ty.; And I never had a reason to ss my cards before HoC went away before, but I have started on the last day of the event now.
