Suspicions of Hacking/Exploiting

Hey,

I play on Pagag 927 and my;name in game is Jake. ;

Me and several others have reported Malandro, Eligos, and Hero (who are all in the same guild, go figure), and thus far, nothing has been done.

They are taking CoM spots (even #1) when the fights are lasting 30 rounds and no one dies.

I even had a support guy respond and say that the challenging side always loses in a situation where the fight goes 30 rounds and no one dies. ;Yet, somehow, these guys are getting around this, and only have to last 30 rounds to take your spot in CoM (which is super easy to do, if you know how to place stats).

Pagag 927 really needs some resolution on this issue. ;Whether they are exploiting a known bug or just plain hacking....they are ruining the game for others on the server....and not just low spenders like myself, but people who have really invested a lot of time and MONEY into the game.

I fear that if it isn\'t resolved we\'re going to end up in a server in which all the honest players have quit.

I myself play on Pagag and today watched a 30 round fight posted in WC.... In this fight the challenger went 30 rounds with the defender. ;Once again the challenger won and the defender was knocked out of his COM spot. I play on another server where this has never happened. ;When a challenger goes 30 rounds and the fight is a tie, defender always wins. ;This is a problem with server Pagag which needs to be resolved which only happens with 3 specific players all in the same guild... What must the honest players of Pagag do to get LOA to look into this matter and fix whatever the issue may be?

I need to aggre with this what Jake and Angela said Malandro/Eligos/Hero are for sure doing something not acceptable.Every single day they keep taking spots in COM after 30rounds even tho ppl are defenders and few times what happend after watching replay is even more not fair that their chars are not even there so u basicly fight none but at then end u still lose+few replays they heal up from 5% to 100% instant .We need some help/fix here or u might lose alote of players..

this is the kind of thing that makes ppl like me that spend alot of money on games i enjoy move to a different game and tbh a diff company if they dont do anything about the problem ... it is evident that it is a hack rather than a glitch because it is only 3 ppl that this benifits and they win as defender or attacker every time it goes over 30 rounds no matter how much more damage is done by their opponent ...

This does not encourage me to put more money into the game. I think I\'ll be retiring at VIP 6 unless I hear back from someone at GTarcade that can confirm for us that nothing shady is going on.

        Don\'t rely on support for answers. Sorry. (Sad, right?) They can be helpful if they feel like it that day. I honestly don\'t know what they do most of the time. They\'re probably telling the truth that the challenging side is meant to lose...doesn\'t mean that is how it is currently working though.

        From my experience while playing on two different servers, this issue is random at best. And we all know how bugs are fixed around here...by creating more bugs.;

        I watched the match, it looked like a normal match to me and I don\'t suspect hacking.

        I suggest to make the best of a bad situation.

        Also, you said the issue is random. ;However it is NOT random on Pagag. ;In fact, it is ONLY an issue with the players in question (who are in the same guild). ;In fact, this is my THIRD server, and I have NEVER seen this issue...much less consistently with the SAME players. ;This leads me (as well as all players who have been affected) to believe that something fishy is going on.

        Perhaps it IS a bug. ;I\'ll give you that. ;BUT, for three players of the same server to be receiving benefits from said bug, EVERY time... that means they are aware of it, and able to trigger it at will.;That\'s called exploiting. Exploiting is JUST as bad as hacking in the gaming world.
        Don\'t know what you are looking at, or what you\'re basing your info on, but a LOT of other, experienced players on the Pagag server are in agreement....something fishy is going on.

        Anyone with two brain cells who\'ve seen what we\'ve seen will say the same.

        Also....and we\'ll just call this bonus info... these aren\'t the only issues we\'ve seen with these players.

        We\'ve seen crazy heals that boost them from 5% to 100% instantly.
        We\'ve seen gear drop off of players when they accept friends requests from them. Followed by a series of CoM challenges.
        We\'ve seen our zodiac aegis ability changed automatically while playing against them.

        I simply chose THIS issue to bring to support, because I had video of it.

        There\'s some confusion for a lot of people about determining the winner for PvP, especially since where the fight is taken player appear to change, when it reaches 30 rounds.


In most cases, determining the winner is decided by who did the most damage during the 30 rounds of combat.  Yes agree that it sucks but that how it is, I fail to advance to the next round of CS-TT find that information there.  I had my full team, alive or might had lost 1 at round 30 which I would killed their remaining character, main, in the next round if not 2.   



However in CS-T and CSW I believe the defender is the winner if lasting 30 rounds.  I\'m uncertain about CS-T but never seen definitive proof showing otherwise for 30 rounds in CS-T.    CSW could also be that way too but haven\'t seen proof otherwise.   

        So you can look at the battle data, and see the damage totals easily now.   But you see that they ended up doing more damage overall because your characters had survived the length of time, while their had died off right away.

I Personally know those players you are accusing, and i can 100% confirm to you that they are not cheaters nor hackers! they just smart players; also, you need to understand the tie match rules to accuse and claim such things.
