TA on Draco not working properly .... log failures 80 % of the time

it is still happening today , both days I was unable to make my 600 devotion because of it. I am not a VIP , and I work during some events , so there are only certain things I can do to make my devotion , and this is one of them. I am not asking for any kind of compensation, just for this issue to be addressed , please !!
