clicked on wrong item, and they won't reverse the transaction

        Has anyone else made a purchase of an item in game, and accidently choose the wrong item? I asked support to reverse the transaction, and they declined to do that. Doe anyone know how to get them to undo this transaction, so that i can purchase the item i intended initally?

Mis-clicks happen. The Devs hardly ever reverse transactions unless the purchased item 1) Cannot be sold and 2) Item is for one-of-a-kind use where having more than 1 is useless.

For example, last year I was able to get a reversal on a Loralei\'s Icon. I already had the angel, and there was no use for having the icon again. They were generous in reversing it, and I highly grateful they did. However, now the Angel Icons from the shop can be used as upgrade material in Unbreakable Bond, so I doubt they would reverse now as there is a way to use it in game. That\'s just an example
