Ouch! I always feel bad when I see these! Unfortunately, some Angel Evolutions take until 100% before it will Evolve. It based on pure Luck as to exactly what Percentage your Angel will Evolve at.

talk about bad luck wait until your sitting at 45k and no evolve; then u will really feel the pain
