        I have no flairs and my angels buffs are still up..
        checked everything gems guardian angel runes but nothing has changed

        it could be many thing; BUT first; if the BR drops and comes back after entering certain interfaces then that is a problem that has been reported again
        if the loss is permanent, then i suggest you go through everything again, from party to artifacts to guardians to even guild and ally! and you\'ll figure it out eventually

        Nothing have changed at all, my ranking in alliance and guild is still the same.
        Checked my angel artifact all are equipped. Checked gems its still there.

If my memory serves me right, i lost my br when i entered and exit the bling part of clothing..

I would double check that you are still wearing the same clothing and wings, and that all the sets are still active. also see if ring changed, except for exchanging clothing thats about it for BR to change in that area. hope that helps
