huge negative gold balance

I already submitted a support ticket but no one has responded to it.

The issue I am experiencing is that my gold balance will go to a huge negative balance when I try to do things within the game.

This causes me to have to refresh the browser;every time this occurs, as an error will pop up concerning not enough gold. Once I refresh the game does display the correct amount of gold that I am suppose to have. But once I try to do anything related to gold usage it reverts back to the huge negative balance again.;I also can not choose max donations for guild donations either.

Please help as it seems they will not reply to actual support tickets it seems.

I am re-posting in the section of the forums as there has been no response from either the support ticket I submitted or the post in the bugs section. Going on 7 days with this issue and not even a response of that it will be looked into.

        Its the weekend, they wont respond until monday or never.

        You have 2B+ gold? This has happend to me b4. My work around is to spend your gold until you have less than2B gold. If your donating to guild, becareful not to donate while its showing you negative gold or else the max donate button will break. Ironically max donate in alliance and bonus will still work
