Celestial Hunter Soul not showing up

Just bought the evolve in mid year review but its not letting me synth it in the forge. I clearly have it in my inventory. Need help please!!

If you have the Soul from the Mid Year Review, you don\'t need to Synth it in Forge. You already got the Soul needed for the Mount Evolution.
