Possible hack question

I am currently arguing with someone in game about if they used a hack or not. This person recharged a large amount, and they were able to collect the total recharge rewards but not single. Would this be a case of them using a cheat or do they not get both?

they should get both if amount is listed in both. remember total is cumilitive so you can recharge 300 dias and break a threshold in Total if had enough previous recharges. so you can get in one an not the other.

ok that helps with some of it. However, it is my understanding that it was a one time charge of $100 though i suspect more based off of purchasing. Reason I am asking is we think a few players are hacking to get diamonds and one of these players happens to be in my guild and just want to make sure that he isnt doing it or he will be shown the door fast.
