IP Sharing and why doesnt this program work with the game

Hello since i was Having IP sharing issues, since my Router makes all 3 of my Devices have the same ip, i decide to download and Brought, SpotFlux which Mask Ip ,the Issue is when i play now, i can no longer use Chat or do groups with my friends.The Advice i got on this Tread here was wrong;http://community.gtarcade.com/post/index/id/71027/ and did not help with the Ip sharing issue i was having as my router makes all my Devices have the same ip.Thanks again for your help

        Dear player.
        The router gives same External IP to all connected machines. You dont need to use SpotFlux to mask ip or what so ever. You can stop using that program. The tech team can detected you is using alts and who is not very easy.

Thank u for getting back to me,just making sure,cause that day is going to come when i get reported,and im going to come back to these post where u said they can tell the difference.and spotflux cost me 25$, any idea why it kinda doesnt work, i mean i can still play i just cant Chat
