Cannot claim artifact boost event

        I have met all the requirements (as shown in the pictures attached) and the system agrees but will not let me claim the reward box because on clicking the COLLECT button it says requirements not met cannot claim rewards lease fix and email me the reward I cannot collect. ;Thank you.

I believe now this issue has been fixed if not reply again so i can report it to the devs so they can check it out.
