Need help with this player

        Hello all,
        ;First of all sorry for my English...I don\'t cry about seeders or hackers, but I/we need answer from GMs about whether or not this player is legit because we don\'t get any response to our tickets. I am talking about player Marinaz from server titus 680.
        ;This player makes the top rank in House of Cards more often than not. He/she makes big purchases without the precious event. He/she focuses mainly on HoC. I don\'t recall them ever getting advanced prizes on ss/cs tycoon. Only seen once they had leveled their lucky tree to 5.
        ;This player also behaves suspiciously logging off and on repeatedly over the span of a few minutes just before making big purchases or achieving high ranking scores. Yeah, maybe he is recharging without the precious event, but I find this doubtful.Player has evolved one angel from 0 star common to 9 star ungodly and another from 0 star common to  8 star unearthly in 1 night having had no angels to inherit. Player recently purchased 6 angels from the mid year review which would have cost a minimum of 22,235 diamonds. Not to mention rare, expensive mounts, heroes, and level 12 ;gems. Top 5 in CoM on this server don\'t even have level 13 gems let alone the top known spenders. If he is recharging for this, then ok. Please check his recharge history.Also look at these screenshots. The Guardians, the stable, none of it makes sense.

I play on this server too and one night, the same player, Marinaz upgraded their hero from 8 to 22...! ;It was after reboot so not many people were on but one of my guildies, Vicartus, saw this as well. lease, please please look into the recharge history and verify this account. ;We are a good server with good players and would hate to see these people ruin the game for us.

I have so much to say about this user but I will refrain. We have placed many tickets on this particular player who is very blatant on exploiting the game.

THEY admitted to cheating but the person they admitted this to, did not screen cap it and has since quit playing on this server. This player even admitted that what ever it is they do, is easy to do. During HoC, some of those seasonal events and now Mid Year Review, this player will hide off some where in a corner or a niche, wait until they think no one is on or watching, does this weird blipping on and off thing and either(A) Makes a giant purchase with out the precious event(B) upgrades a hero from level 0 to 22 BAM BAM BAM! In less than a minute.

I and a few of the other top players and spenders on this server have been watching this player. They went from a nothing, inactive account that popped up out of no where when our server was already several months old and managed to catch up to us who worked months and spent thousands to get where we are.  We are skilled and dedicated players who some how end up having less than this person who only wins at HoC but somehow manages to get items that were not released in other events or were released to the top player of a certain event in which they had not made a score in. We have grown tired of not getting the proper response. If that doesn\'t get the attention it needs, then maybe this will: what point is there in spending anything on any events when someone can cheat their way to the top and make what was spent useless to the legitimate players?

forgot to mention Some of us are on more than we care to admit and we are a tight knit guild who has guildies on when we are not and no one has ever seen this user synth the type of gems they have. No one knows where they had achieved them either. Also, forgot to mention that they were able to achieve things in hot events that were made unavailable to them. For example... A While back only a few of us on this server were level 70. I was one of the first 3 to hit the level 70 mark. Marinaz was still level level 66-68 and was able to collect compensation players level 70+ for the Divine Realm bug. No one else under level 70 was able to collect but for some reason, she was able to do so. It makes some of us wonder how often she gets freebies in hot events that she does not qualify for.

        Hero roster image 1 taken on 2015/10/6, note [House of Cards] and [Diamond Roulette] had not started yet, [Starry Dreams] is no longer available, [Djinni\'s Merchant] and [Single Server Resource Tycoon] are still active, and [Rose Rankings] are just starting. Hero roster image 2 taken on the 16/6 (moused-over server time included). Hero Valentina had been purchased and recruited some time between the 10th and the 16th: a minimum of 7821 diamonds required after discounts are applied. Moonlight Warlord Crest received from [House of Cards] and used requiring a minimum of 6,998 diamond recharge and 50,000 points twice, consecutively in last two [House of Cards] events for the required 5 Immortal Spirit materials.
