Can't upgrade sockets in eq with magic socket rods

I have multiple tickets open since April about this and no remedy as of yet.        ;
        Back in April,I upgraded my Vidar boots to imperial vidar boots and when I went to update the sockets with magic socket rods to allow fused gems, only the first and 3rd slot were upgraded not the 2nd slot even though I used 60 magic socket rods for the second slot. Can you please correct.; As you can see from the pic, the first and 3rd is upgraded but not the second.; When I try to upgrade the socket, I get the error [-10427]

        I was told this is the best way to report bugs as moderators are more responsive than the support Ticket system.
