problem with mount lycorax soul

Hi I have a mount lycorax soul, but I can not turn it in mount there, but in my backpack is the full mount, taken during the event. How can I do? thanks

please, when doing posts add your IGN, (in game name) platform ( how you interface the game, GT, FB, R2),;and server #. and any helpful screen shots,  ;researching you issue, lets walk thru it together, so you went into the mount icon/shorcut , new window came up-and clicked on glamor button (lower right), new window comes up- and you scrolled thru and did not see locyrax to unlock, Am I tracking so far? yet you looked in your inventory of main charactor and the icon is there, Now, look back thru the mounts do you see Azul Wolf? let me know what you find thanks.

        The Azul Wolf is an advanced mount which can be upgraded from Lycorax

        you alredy got him that is why can not use it

Azul Wolf but if it is the evolution of lycorax, then the evolution of glacial wolf what? seen azul seems the evolution of glacial ..... thanks

thanks guys, that was on point, Massimiliano, it is confusing when they use terms that can be associated with another mount hero etc, glad we could help, (don\'t feel bad I have the soul in inventory too, did same thing a while back, that\'s how i knew what to look for)
