plizz help me have a calm time in LOA

In my server there is someone who is really sick and weird ,he insults me and everyone he dislikes in world chat with a very vulgar language also in his language. I dont know what else to do but ask for your help i blocked him but he keeps bothering me . HELP i cant play like this .. not a day goes calm cuz he starts. Just had enough now.

Why you talk like you know anything. I invite you then come in server if ;you have so much free time to deal with other people \'s issues and see for yourself. When someone insults you with worst of words what i said PSYCHO is nothing. You know how long he has insulted others in server or what he is saying in his language. That;I don\'t wanna post it,makes me disgusted.
