How and when to report cheater, and how to search for topics?

        I saw a player talking about a bug in alliance chat and how he was taking advantage of it, and basically telling others how to before it is fixed. I personally think he cheats all the time, but this is the only proof I have of it- as I copied and pasted what he said. So how do I report him? Can it be done anonymously so he doesn\'t know who reported him?;
        Also, how do you find answers to such questions, along with other topics without having to post and clutter up the forums like this?

really? Well, I can only assume you also think cheating is ok. I personally like to see how well I do without the need to cheat. Guess I must just be old fashioned.
