PURCHASE 4000 DIAMONDS DIDNT GET RECHARGE REWARD IN GAME!

As the title shows i purchased 4000 diamonds and a month of VIP and didnt recieve the in-game single charge reward.. screenshots posted below...

The above shows i was able to collect 1500 recharge reward and below shows it not letting me claim the 4000 diamond reward,

Feel free to check my payment history.... The simplest thing tend to fail.....

This has not been resolved.. Do not change to Fixed if it hasnt been fixed.. I still havent received anything in my mail for the recharge reward. I think a bit of compensation is due as well.....
