Still haven't gotten diamonds/refund

        I recharged back on May 28th. Was told by a MOD that I could get a refund since the money was taken out, but I was never credited the diamonds. Then I was told by a different MOD that if I didn\'t receive the diamonds, that they would be credited to me. I still haven\'t gotten a response from the help ticket people. They are not useful whatsoever.

        I have no problem keeping the purchases as long as I get the 100% back in diamonds that I would have been able to get since the The Precious event was going on. I had over 400 points in Tidal Pool. More than enought to qualify. So I recharged $19.99 for 2k in diamonds and $9.99 for 1k in diamonds. After the The Precious event, I should have had a total of 6k in diamonds.

        I have requested the refund, yet I have not received it yet. It\'s been 9 days. I would be happy to cancel the request, as long as I got the 6k in diamonds. I tried recharging earlier this evening, and nothing. I was also told I would be whitelisted, yet I still seem to have trouble.;I will not recharge ;again until this is resolved. Period.

good post, only thing you might add for future is a SS of the precious event to show you did not collect and that it was active, and your tidal points, that would help solidify your case as well, just a pointer. hope they fix your issue.

You will not receive any kind of reimbursement for your failed recharge from GTArcade. The good news is, your payment provider can easily get your $ back. It looks like you used paypal. Super simple to file a claim, and if it goes anything like mine have, you will just have to wait the allotted time;for GTArcade to respond to paypal (which they won\'t).;

I already got the refund from Paypal. I did recharge on another character. It\'s my friend\'s character that I know in real life. Thank you for all the help. I just need to get whitelisted, if I haven\'t already been, because my recharges aren\'t going through. Thank you!
