Items Disappearing from Inventory and Stash

        I am having an issue with items either not making it into my inventory after I redeem something or vanishing shortly after. ;On three separate accounts this has happened.

        1. In the Legend of Samele game, I won a Reindeer. I DID draw a chest and NOT a bag of coins. The game awarded me with cards of wisdom instead of my reindeer. ;I have a screenshot to prove it:

        2. This month the shards for login gift is an Alpaca. ;I have redeemed this twice, on the 5th and on the 12th. ;I should have three (3) shards. If you look in my account I only have two (2) shards in my stash.

        3. ;The Brewfest Compensation included ten (10) Yeti shards. I Redeemed the compensation but there are no Yeti shards in my inventory and no Yeti shards in my stash. They have vanished.

        PLEASE look into this as I\'ve been attempting to get my reindeer for quite some time and I\'ve had no help with the situation.

        Thank you for your report.
        I will report this issue and log this.

        However i must say that according to the screenshot you have draw the fortune bag i am afraid.
        Legend of Samale feature 3 different type of cards.
        A) Golden chest which you pass the stage and receive stage rewards.
        B) Fortune bag which rewards you with either wisdom or silver and NOT the stage rewards.
        C) Ghoul which is the game over screen.

        As for the other issue for i will report them and have your account checked.
        Also to let you know the devs will be able to look it on the logs from monday so please be patient.

        Edit 2:
        The 3 alpaca shard you are missing is the exchange of Gus shard for Alpaca Shard.
        As for the Yeti shards please remember if you have used them for the exchange for 2 red pandoras mythical boxes. Cause there was an exchange 10 yeti shards for 2 pandoras boxes.
