trying to unsubscribe

        Hi,

        I\'ve been trying to unsubscribe from the monthly VIP but every time i click the unsubscribe button i get taken to a blank Facebook page and there is nothing there that will allow me to cancel my VIP or stop the monthly payments. ;I contacted Facebook and they told me they have no record of a monthly automatic subscription. ;I do not want to just have Paypal stop the payments because i don\'t want GTarcade to suspend my account. ;I need you to cancel my VIP.

       

        once i click on unsubscribe.. it takes me to;

        but the page is blank.. face book has told me that there is nothing linked to my account to control:

Search for the app or game in the search box in the top right
Select a result and click Report a Problem

Click Report/Contact in the bottom-right corner of the page

Hello. Actually, you need to cancel the subscription by yourself. You can get your subscriptions on your Facebook from Settings, and then Payments, and you can find your subscriptions there. If you cannot find the subscription, while it\'s still charging you, please contact Facebook to see what\'s wrong. Thank you very much for your understanding and patience!

        i don\'t think you read my post.. i did everything you described sword.. the unsubscribe takes me to a blank page.. i contacted facebook they do not see any authorized monthly payments for you in their system.; I have considered contacting paypal and blocking you guys from charging me 6.99 a month but i have heard that once i do that they will no longer allow me to charge anything for LoA, and worse you might ban me for reversing a payment.

        I tried 5 different browsers (IE, chrome, Firefox, opera and one other) they all took me to a blank facebook payments page..  i even tried from two other computers....  if you guys can\'t cancel my subscription.. i the only option i have is to work with paypal and never charge for LoA again.
