i have been unable to recharge for 2 weeks,keeps sending me to a screen that says our payment provider is processing your payment,refresh this screen in a few minutes.i refreshed at intervals over a 24 hr period ,with 0 results.ideas please.
Your not on your own with this issue it is the same for me. But they have taken the money out of my account. And I hope you get;better luck trying to get this resolved than I have so far.
