Cultivation/Evolution of Orange Gear

Ok...can someone actually EXPLAIN how the Cultivation/Evolution Process WORKS? ;Been hearing that it has to be Cultivated to Level 100...Check...did that...and yes..it IS a level 60 Piece because its a Legendary Piece...but yet it isn\'t showing that it can be Evolved...what level Cultivation is needed and how many Artifacts are needed? ;There is nothing that really EXPLAINS the process...need some help

        For what i have figured. In order to cultivate an item it will need to be a forged gear orange set item once you have that then you can start feeding it with gear that you dont want. Once you reach 100 cultivation then you can remove that part of gear from your equipped slot and it will show up on evolve. From there you can determine how many crystals it needs.
        I think weapon is on 28 and ring on 12. As for the rest i dont have more info.

that sucks dead sever Aegean 324 dead alliance no way I will ever get set gear no way to get all of what I need I cant solo alliance war and get contributions solo for team dungeon.
