Can't log in - says wrong username or invalid email

Why can\'t I log in using my other email? I get message enter valid email or wrong username or password.
I got kicked out of that account, I had been using it last 3 weeks so email is not wrong and it was working till this evening just fine.
Started on new server, and have lv 56;char;(which I used plenty of diamonds on);behind that username/email... That I would love to use!

What has happened?

Platform? Do you mean like gtarcade? I\'m using loa via gtarcade website/game client that I downloaded 3 weeks ago in-game.

Not sure why need that info, since it\'s my email that\'s invalid

it helps them track down the account and also some bugs only affect certain platforms, and yes, GT, FB, R2 are some of the platforms, thanks

Hopefully they get this one solved, It\'s been 2 days since, today is 3rd day.;
I was looking forward to djinni and tycoon events, but with this block/ban I have missed most of them. Also missed last 6 hours of world tree, and funny part is, the server tree was just about to be updated lvl 7 (was 10 points off when I got kicked out and hours to go), and I did not even get the chance to collect the reward =/ This socks.;

I had few other chars there too linked to that account, missed chance to play on the newly released server chars...and missed 6 days of the 7 day challenges on those new servers

do you use FB?, i know there was a pop up from them , wanting some to verify the account if had multiple, that may have affected you, just a chance.
