        recent changes to the game and still Support have yet to fix issues that started in july 2014 tycoon event and every event and tycoon since then on my account despite so many support tickets and sccreen shots sent that now i have changed my pc and no longer have access to my old screen shots they still not fixed the issues;
        to date i am owed rewards from every tycoon event and periodic event since july 2014 and all i egt from support is the generic stupid answer of IF ISSUE STILL PERSISTS PLEASE SUBMIT NEW TICKET well 150+tickets and no fix or compensation or rewards given and they still send same email response to my tickets and they think that nobody will be botherd, Well i am bothered as i have not be given my rewards owed perhaps everyone should do the same with payments to the game of not paying and when you send ticket for not obtaining funds we all send you the reponse you send of if problem still persists please submit other new ticket and then do nothing you would soon change your tune on how you deal with things.;
        i now do not even bother with any events nor spend a single penny on this and all games related to GTA i only log in to my account to see if they have finally fixed things that i am owed and will not fund anything to do with them there games or there company as what is the point in having support when since july 2014 untill 12/june/2015 you owe me in total over 600k diamonds still missing from the total of 2.8million i haave bought since july 2014;every tycoon event rewards every event reward house of cards 43 rewards of icons and other items swapped for and you still wont fix this nor give compensation back and send same response stated above to every issue every time yet wont fix it and send out owed rewards etc your support for all games is so bad that you will soon get reward of worst support of all games title 2015;
        FIX THE ISSUES AND GIVE BACK WHAT IS OWED SICK OF SENDING TICKETS TO SUPPORT ONLY TO GET SAME ANSWER;

Well damn. Just damn. I have had Tycoon/ support problems for 3 months. Don\'t think I will be staying as long as you though. I stopped cashing also and fell to 10th place instead of 2nd trying for first. My tickets have been ignored just as yours and it seems that no one in this organization has the testicular fortitude to claim to be in charge.

they only care about 1 thing profit and as long as morons keep spending they want; fix any thing; ( not saying you are a moron but if you have been spending since the seed accounts were exposed then u fall in that )

Well dam that\'s a big loss there I really do hope u get the help u need and get your diamonds back, I myself is missing diamonds and waiting for a MOD to respond to my thread but its lack of support here on forums, I don\'t bother to send in tickets cause they don\'t answer to them

        Hello!
        It is not lack on forums, it is lack on DEV\'s replies to us, we work by shifts and we do our best reporting your issues; further then that its on the dev\'s hands, sometimes they answer quick sometimes they answer in weeks, its been like that; but we really do our best because we are players our selves and we know how it feels like with such frustration, please be patient, when they reply you will be notified.

Devs dont care. They got their money they dont care what happens to you. You\'ll probably never get them back so I\'d just stop checking. The game is not what it was a year ago, it\'s dying very badly and even if you got what you\'re owed back the game is no longer worth it to play.

        Agree jetblacksteel,
        I stopped cashing 3 months ago because of no customer service. if they actually gave me what they owe me it would not help anymore. I went from 2nd place fighting for 1st to 10th place. the fun of this game was the competition. Now I realize the game itself is very boring. The monotonous day-in day-out collecting of the same crap has no entertainment value.
        Can you recommend any new;games that are worth checking out? I need somewhere I can support that does not blow off their consumers issues.

;So that means our best hope of getting any issue resolved lies in the hands of the dev\'s who may or may not get back to you. I have seen numerous post stating 6 months to a year with no response. I myself have been waiting for 3 months. How do I get a response within the week to weeks range?

best way to get them to move off there butt is chr=argeback from your credit card then they have to pay you back adn yes under there terms and conditions they have a duty to fix issues within a certain timescale or your entitled to a full refund for issues and loss caused;

        congratulations on posting what i have already had for months from support and already sent them the screenshots now on a new pc i do not have them loaded onto this pc to send yet again and when you make over 135k points in tycoon and get nothing everytime because of same issue that was reported from the first time it happened and each time since your response gets me even more angry;

        issue is the missing event and tycoon items from all tycoons since august 2014 and read OP for that;
        screenshots why bother they take no notice of them and i am not getting no where with them so not wasting time posting them to a forum support has them so get it sorted
