Events "Dice Giveaway" bug/error

        Dear Dev\'s
        please fix, I have login for 3 days, Yes I forgot to collect my 2nd day Dice giveaway reward, but now I am not able to collect the 3rd day Dice giveaway reward.
        This is on both
        S192
        IGN: Duncan
        S284
        IGN: Moirae

        here is a screen shot of what is happening, please explain why and please fix, this affects my ludo game event, thanks

        I have now missed out on all 3 dices giveaway rewards in the events. pls compensate me before the ludo event ends. please, with cherries on top thanks.
