rule number 1. do not defend a town. a bunch of dinky little players can overwhelm the strongest defending character by sheer numbers.
rule number 2. if you lose a town that you wanted to keep, attack and get it back. See rule number 1.
rule number 3. Attack and attack some more. see rule number 2.

i am certain that there is some way to mathematically determine how many heavy hitters would be needed to defend a town. But since the NPC defenders do not replenish, a single unbeatable heavy hitter can take a town against a mob of little players, just by bashing away at the NPC placements.

for the same reason, a mob of little guys just needs to outmaneuver the high BR killers when on the attack, and whack the last NPC defender.

Divine War

I can shoot so many holes in this it reminds me of my first time shooting a 9 millimeter at the gun range near my house.
Let\'s start with you rule 1: Don\'t defend a town. First of all this is a vague rule because if all people were to follow this rule, in essence all the towns would be undefended and hit by NPC. Second of all, those dinky little players have a major opponent: the CD. During said CD, the dinky players would be overwhelmed by several strong players.
Your Rule number 2 is basically following Newton\'s laws of physics: for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. The best way to get into a town is by blasting the enemy like a bullet out of;a rifle: strongest in the front rushing for the main tower, weakest ones propelling them forward.
Your rule number 3 is basically as vague as vague can be: Attack and attack some more. There is more to it than attacking. If you claim a tower, say, at;a tree, best way to countermand the oncoming enemy is to form walls of allies around the tower. Weakest ones in the front as cannon fodder, strongest ones right around the outer rim of the tower.

Sorry if this ruins your guide, but I will make one after the current Divine War is over. It could be helpful, and there IS a mathematical definition for how to defend a single town. I\'ll create a guide later, and you might be able to use it yourself.
        Best,
        Sean
