Problem inheriting from one hero to another.....and cant submit support ticket

I have just inherited Blazing Hecate from Divine Hunter. All worked great, except the Element levels did not transfer at all. Divine Hunter is still showing fire 10.3, ice 10.1 and electro 10.9 while Blazing Hecate shows 1.1 for each. This equates to 67.9K BR that is left behind with Divine Hunter. I have tried multiple times to submit a support ticket...in various browsers...but they never seem to go thru. I am showing no pending support tickets. Can somebody please help me with this issue? ;Is it possible for me to get my element levels transferred at this point? I am very disappointed in this recent inherit fail.

        inherit divine hunter into hecate again. this happens often
