General FAQ of LoA General FAQ of LoA was made to answer basic questions which players ask in different threads. Since Moderators aren´t allowed to answer anywhere else other than Support and GD we decided to make this thread and answer any questions and help players with advices (if it is within our possibilities).
1.) Explain the Difference between Junior Moderator (Jr.Mod), Moderator, Super Moderator (SM), Game Manager, Game Master (G.M) and Development (Dev.)?

1.1- Game Manager: G-M is responsible for whole English version, he/she communicate with leaver of Dev\'s and improve update League of Angels.
1.2- Development: (Dev.) Are people who created League of Angels and further improve game play. They are the only ones who can fix bugs/issue etc.
1.3- Super Moderator: (SM) Are employed people who work for GTArcade. SMs are put info different group\'s each responsible for different section of game. Support team has access to ticketing system which Jr.FM does not.
SM\'s can solve not too big issues as missing rewards from XX event, recharged but did not gain diamonds, can´t get inside GTA club etc. Report these issues on support section on forum and Jr.FM will make report for you and SM will check/fix it ASAP.
(*So please when you do not get responded ASAP be patient as SM\'s are doing their best to answer every ticket sent to them)
1.4- Moderator: Moderator is promoted Jr.Moderator this is title given to Jr.Mods who were recruited first or later on depending on their performace at their shifts.
1.5- Jr.Mod: Also known as Jr.FM (Junior Forum Moderator) This title on forum is given to player who was picked up between lots of applicants at recruitment post made by SM\'s. Jr.Mod is also player as you are but he/she can talk to SM\'s, report issue on their shift and he/she is being paid on hour doing their work. Jr.Mod\'s have very little power but they are players who are between SM\'s and normal players.
1.6- Game Master (G.M): Are players who also were recruited by SM\'s and they play on different new servers (while on their shift) to help new players inside game.
2.) How do I increase BR ?
(A There are many ways togetting BR (battle rating) in this game. In the end, it isn\'t focusing on onething in particular, but about doing many things. It is the small things thatadd up in this game. Everything from the angel you use, to the guardians you use,to the equipment you upgrade, of what aegis you upgrade. Here are some tipsthat I find useful.

3.) How do I make my lag go away?
A: To clear your lag please confirm that your networkconnection is okay and working, clearing cookies and cache is helpful as well.If it is still happening and you ask your guild mates or your friends on serverthat they are also having lag issues please contact us at support section onforum so one of our moderators on their shift would try so solve your problem.
4.) Is there any balance between free player and casher?
A: There are 4 types of cashers 1st.) small 2nd.) middle 3rd.)big and4th.)mega. League of Angels is game play which offer strength to any kind ofplayer. Cashing players can gain stuff or heroes much sooner depending on howthey cash but with time even free player can gain them. (*but thisdoesn´t mean that highest priced hero will go down to free price inmonth) Each player has to play tactical. Save their resources and use them whenthey´ll gain more profit from them.
5.) Why Wyrm it\'s not working?
A: Due to few problems which might occur in game sometimes might happenthat Wyrm would not work. We apologize for inconvenience caused by thisproblem. If this happens please be sure to inform us at support section onforum so one of our moderators on their shift would try to solve your problem.
6.) How do I increase my Dodge/hit?
A: There are various ways toincrease Dodge or Hit.
1st goes to gems (normal ones) Stack as highest gems you can from Dodgeor Hit on every piece on your main character or hero.
2nd are fused gems, fused gems can be socketed only if you have openedadv.socket with your magic socketing rods.
*Please note that you cannot use 2x the same type of gem on one piece ofgear be it normal gem or fused gem.
3rd would be gem enhancement, by enhancing you gain % of increasing yourgems bonus strength which will help you add more Dodge/Hit.
4th by increasingyour awaken level at awaken system you can gain more Dodge/Hit.
5th Refiningyour gear will add to Dodge/Hit depending on which stat you choose to save.
6th Enchanting your ring will add up to your Dodge only.
7th Increasing level ofnew fairy Aries will add up to your main character Hit.
8th You can add up toDodge/ Hit by having dual dragon soul.

7.) How come my BR is higher than X and I\'m losingto them?
A: It is not necessary to have high Battle Rating to actually winbattle. There may be players whose battle rating is lesser than yours and theycan beat you. Answer is simply strategy. Check your battle againstthis player, notice who attacks first who is killed, position of party members,totem, which angel, skills etc. etc.
8.) Where is my compensation?
A: Compensations are given only to players whose rewardswere not sent by our system. (Those who did not receive them.) If our system glitched and event ended one day before or if you could not collect them.Compensation or refund are not given to personal mistakes eg. player did notlog in soon enough (or missed) date of collecting rewards, player fusedtogether two totems and now he/she gained totem she did not wish to upgradeetc.
9.) How can I have better success in battle?
A: To have a better success in battle every player needs to understandas much as possible what this game it’s about. Create a strategy for pvp andfor pve, not jumping in increasing the BR, but create a strong and focusedformation. Watching the battles, understanding the skills from all heroes,totems, aegis, mounts etc., it’s an important factor in being a good player.
10.) It all starts with How to play thegame? Once started, What are these things for?. After those,Do I really need to cash in? and What can I do as a freeuser? Then from those last two questions comes the complicated questionsnamely as, What will I do to get a refund? and Why didn\'t Iget my prize yet?
A: 9.1- How to play game: To play game you have to open server on whichyou play on. (where did you start on)
*Playersdon´t have to worry about saving their progress since the game is autosave so even if you leave the game play next time you open your servereverything will be saved!
9.2 What are these thingsfor? All the items in your inventory have a description when you hoveryour mouse over them. You can also have a look in here http://community.gtarcade.com/post/40062/ , simply press “ctrl+f” and type in the box what word you are looking for.
9.3- Do I really need to cashin?: Players who wish to gain more strength sooner and quickly often recharge alot and often, but if you wish to only enjoy game play it is not necessary tocash/recharge. (There are players who are strong even without cashing)
9.4- What can I do as a freeuser?: You might join server where will be casher who wish to spend diamondsbut there are plenty of possible things for you to do even if you´re noncasher. Wait up for Djinnis and stack gemology cards for tycoon that you wouldlike. Stack every resource you gain one one hero and make him strong. (Sincefree users gain resources but they are more limited.)
9.5- What will I do to get a refund?:Refunds are not accepted if it is personal mistake. Such as mentioning above,fusing two totems into one even if you did not wish for this. Refunds can beaccepted by SM\'s if you buy item/soul/crest/icon etc. and you already own it.
9.6- Why didn\'t I get my prize yet?: Ifyou joined one of our forum events and included your IGN (In Game Name) andServer Number along with content the event was for then we apologize it mightbe due to our busy schedule in work, but we will definitely send your rewardsto you! If the reward was in game and you still did not gain your reward thenplease make a screen shot (guide how to make a screenshot: http://community.gtarcade.com/post/37127/ )of the event where you ranked go to support section of forum and create threadwhere you´ll explain what happened and add there your screen shot you tookalong with your IGN (In Game Name) and Server number so one of our moderatorson their shift would help you.
11.) When will the bugs disappear?
A: We are apologize forinconvenience, but we are always working on bugs/issues in game/recharge issueswhile creating new events which might cause our work on bugs to slow down andit might take a while before it is fixed, so please do have patience.
12.) How do I level up quick?
A: To level quick you can spend 100 diamonds on 1-click loopquests you won´t use any stamina 50 loop quests will be completedand you´ll even gain additional stamina from them. Also doing feats and openingthose chests which you´ll gain give you stamina, blitzing dungeon will give youEXP to level up faster. TD\'s (Team Dungeon\'s) give you chests which containresources along with EXP\'s
13.) Where is best place to report a problem?
A: Best place to report it support section on forum. (Link to supportsection on forum: http://community.gtarcade.com/forum/2040/ )You can also make your own support ticket, but support on forum might solveyour issue quicker then your ticket.
14.) How do I sign on the forum if I play fromFacebook and will my Facebook account will be connected?
A: To Sign In on the forum all you hate to do is access this link http://community.gtarcade.com/group/2008 . From here you have 2 options:
- You can “Log in” and simply click the Facebook icon and it will automaticallylog you in.
- You can “Sign up” with a valid email address and creating a password.
Keep in mind that if you started thisgame FROM Facebook, creating an account on the Forum will NOT CONNECT your Facebookaccount to the Forum one. That is the reason why when you will go in “My servers”, you will not see the Server that you started you account from Facebook. Thiswill give you the opportunity to participate in all the “Theme page” events, check in and collect therewards (codes) that you will be able to use for you account. If you statedyour game from Facebook, by creating an account on GTArcade will not give youany access at all to your purchase history that you\'ve made through Facebook.
15.) Can I get banned if I report another player?
A: No you won´t get banned if youreport player. But reporting a player without proof won´t be accepted andnot even checked if you don´t have actual proof against a player.
16.) Where and how it\'s the best way to report aplayer?
A: Best way to report player is going to support section on forum (linkto support section on GTArcade forum: http://community.gtarcade.com/forum/2040/ )You do not have to be scared to report player whom you think is cheating asthere will be no punishment for players reporting them, but please be sure theplayer whom you are reporting is actually doing something illegal, cheatingwith proof.
17.) HOW to actually report a problem ?
A: To report a problem and make it easier to Jr.Mods is to put yourinformation depending on your problem. If it is recharge then you have toinclude your IGN (In Game Name), Server Number, T-ID (Transaction ID- we needthis to locate your payment) screen shot of your payment (guide how to take ascreen shot: http://community.gtarcade.com/post/37127/ )along with explaining of your problem. If your problem does not concern anyrecharge issue then you have to provide your IGN (In Game Name), Server Number,screen shot of your issue (guide how to take a screen shot:http://community.gtarcade.com/post/37127/ )along with explaining of your problem.
18.) After what amount of time since making arecharge (different methods) you get your diamonds and when to file a ticket ?
A: It can take up to 24hrs before you get your diamonds, but there arecases when your recharge is successful and your diamonds are not delivered inthis case please contact us on support section of forum and one of ourmoderators on their shift will create report for you and SM will solve it.
19.) How long it takes to get response to a ticket ?
A: This is might take a bit more time than a report in the Forum. Thereare not many employees working in Ticket Support (Mainly are SM’s who workthere and they already have the Forum Support on their hands). It can vary from1 hour to few days. That is why we encourage you to report any game issue inForum/Support section. http://community.gtarcade.com/forum/2040/
Our Jr.Mods work as fast theycan, they work 2 hours per shift with an approximate 2 hour brake between theshifts every day for 24h. So it will take maximum 2 hours for your issue to bereported. From there, they will report to our SM’s. Our SM’s response can varyfrom few hours to few days, depending what the issue it’s about. There might besome reports that can’t be solved by our SM’s so they will report further toour devs. We all want to work in a fast paced environment, but sometimes thereis required patience. We are doing our best to solve all reports as soon aspossible!
20.) How long it takes to get response to a postmade in forum ?
A: This is different on every Jr.Mod as they can reply only while beingon their shift, outside their shift times (even if they got replies) theycannot answer.  Also, if they stilldid not gain any information regarding report for player which they made theywon´t answer or if they did they cannot give you any information sincethey are still waiting for one from SMs, so please do have patience.

22.) What is a Guild? What is aGauntlet?

23.) What angel tears, soulstones are?
A: Soulstones are stoneswhich can be used to upgrade your heroes/mount training level and increasetheir stat!
Angel tears are used whilebonding with your angel and increasing her stats/skill while in battle alongwith her halo for your heroes.
24.) How do I get people to join my guild?
A: Guild Leader has to invite them to join your guild or they can applyto your guild and guild leader/ deputy leader will accept/decline them.
25.) Why is my recharge not working?
A: Some payment providers might decline your offer to recharge forGTArcade so please contact your payment provider and check if they are decliningyour recharge. You can confirm with your bank that you want to make the paymentand they should be able to give you access to make you payment. If there are issues with recharging on ourside please contact us in support section on forum.
26.) How do I make gear?
A: Requirements to make/synth gear are stated at Forge, open Forge >Synth and you have to choose if you want to Upgrade your gainedgear to royal type or upgrade heroic gear. Second choice isEquipment section at Synth where you synth your own gear by gainingresources.
27.) Are you real?? Are there really GMs in our server?
A: Our GMs in game have their own title available only to them which canbe seen next to their name so if someone with this GM title talks at yourserver yes they are real. However if someone without this title says they´reGMs DO NOT BELIEVE them or give them any personal information our staff WILLNEVER ask for these informations.
28.) How do I become more powerful without usingcash?
A: You have to stack your resources and use them wisely.
29.) Why are there bugs on existing sections of thegame after every update? Isn\'t the program code for those events alreadycoded, tested and works bug free? Yet after an update, what was working alwaysbreaks for a day or two. It appears to be intentional as I cannot believe thatChinese game developers who are smart enough to develop this game, can makesuch stupid coding mistakes.
A: None of any bugs are intentionally there. Imagine that they will havemore work to do by fixing the bugs, plus our reports when any issue happens. Solet’s put it as a human mistake. Our devs do their best to improve every aspectof this game, even though, not everyone can be satisfied.
30.) What hero should I get?
A: It is optional and depending on your party formation on what kind ofgroup you want to create. If you want to have dodger main and hero hitteror opposite.
31.) Is this a bug?(how to make the differencebetween a bug and game loading issues/lag)
A: You can know if the issue that you are experiencing it’s a bug IFafter clearing you browser history, cached images, cookies , even trying adifferent browser and checking your internet connection, the issue stillpersists. That means it is a bug, so there is a problem that needs to bereported. Please do not forget to get screenshots before reporting!
32.) What is a test account and why are some of themin events with normal players?
A: Our Game LoA has one test server named Server S0 Nocturna, onlySM\'s/Devs and few of FM\'s are allowed to join and test. This server is notseparated from other servers so there might be times when S0 appear on list,but rest assured S0 DOES NOT participate on any of CS events which are meantfor players. Since on test server we gain unlimited resources, accounts on thisserver got huge BR so it might happen that if event such as Champion Showdownappear and we won´t take our gear don´t we might accidentally join, butwe´re not allowed to join any of CS events our test accounts took down theirequipment as long as even lasted.
33.) What Whitelist means?
A: White list mean that you were white listed because youcannot recharge due to our system rejecting or not being able to get yourrecharge, which will be fixed ASAP.
34.) What is the difference between Hit and Crit?
A: Hit is opposed to Dodge and Crit is opposed to END. Crit is appliedonly after you Hit, if you Crit, the Crit applies a damage bonus. If they Dodgeyour hit, Crit is useless. Therefore, you must Hit before you Crit.
35.) How much gold we receive in Gauntlet dependingout Guild and Flag lvl?
A: The gold received in Gauntlet can vary depending how much damage youmake.
36.) On what do I have to focus when I start a newcharacter?
A: Getting dodge would be most optional and strengthening your main + 1hero, since if you spread your resources and you are not spender it would behard to keep all heroes strong.
37.) What IRB1 and IRB2 means and how does that helpme?

38.) What AoE means?
A: AoE means Area of Effect. Everything that affects more than 1 enemy,it’s AoE. For example: Snow Queen, Earthshaker, Godless Wolf etc. ; CrescentHymm is AoE healing skill, Abyssal Gaze is AoE damage skill etc.
39.) Why did I lost in hero training lvl after Iinherited?
A: When you train / upgrade your hero (with Soulstones / Blessed Stones)you need to keep in mind this: Only evolved heroes can go over lvl 50 in Trainand lvl 27 in Upgrade (from there you have to use Adv. Soulstones and Adv.Blessed Stones). So if you have a hero, for example Ghost Paladin (theevolution of Headless Horseman) and you want to inherit him into Panda Nicky (heronot evolved), you will lose any Train/Upgrade that you have above 50(in Train) /27 (in Upgrade).
40.) Why can\'t I buy red/mythic book skills?
A: You cannot buy your Mythic awaken skill books (red quality) due toone thing and that is you have to collect 50x the same skill book from eventsto unlock them from shop. After unlocking them you can buy them for Mythicdivine stones.
41.) Do the stats for clothing, wings, mounts, angelartifact stack?
A: Yes, they all stack.
