        Hey. I just tried to submit a ticket but the thing just hangs up and does not create a ticket. I just recharged 30k diamonds and precious 30k did not activate. Please advise on how this can get resolved. (all the other hot events for recharge did activate. Only precious did not.

Dear player, did you happen to do your Tidal Pool on the Day for the Precious? You cannot Collect from Precious, without getting the Required Points in Tidal Pool as well. If you that done, then please provide your IGN, Server and transaction ID to confirm the date of your recharge and they should be able to send you the amount of diamonds that you couldn\'t collect from The Precious.
