        Hello last night @ 11:22 I was running your Toy Capsule event and had 3 of 4 toys LOCKED in for the last Gold Ticket I needed and with some bad luck ran out of diamonds. At that point I went to recharge and as you can see in the screenshot the recharge got hung up. I wanted for 20+ minutes refreshing and even tried a completely different payment method, neither of which worked. This cost me over 3000 diamonds to get to this stage and all was reset and lost at midnight because of your client world pay not allowing me to recharge. I would like a refund of the diamonds I lost unable to get this ticket due to your system issue or the gold ticket which I was about to obtain please. You can see all the fact in this screenshot.;

That would be the respectful thing for them to do as it cost me almost 4000 diamonds to get 3 of 4 locked then at reset it just vanished. Now a day later it still won\'t let me recharge. I\'m going to miss Precious + Treasure + Toy capsule.;

        With any Recharge, there is always a Risk of the Recharge being Delayed. We do not Recommend Recharging at the Last Minute and expect the Recharge to go through 100%.

        We can Report the Recharge Error, if you can please Provide us with the Transaction ID #. But I am sorry, there is nothing we can do about the Gold Ticket.

Yes they don\'t care about us one bit, I think I\'m done with giving you my hard earned money. I supposed us expecting ANYTHING to work when it\'s supposed in here is a risk. Thanks for nothing. ID was 143554692073752, 1435547755274822, and 143561169517863. Yes I tried 3 different payment methods NONE Of which worked. I know that you can\'t be counted on nor do you actually even care about your customers. The fact you couldn\'t care less about my losing almost 4000 diamonds on this event because of an error on YOUR end is pathetic. Send a thank you to your boss and let them know that my money will no longer be going to your game anymore since you don\'t want to show me the respect of giving me what I rightfully earned. bye

        what is white list o.o i only heard of black list
        black list is bad, so i guess white list is good.
        Also, it would be great if the mods can work in shifts, instead of all come on together at once time and won\'t see any at all for the rest of the day or two.
