Recharge not working??

I been trying to recharge all day today and nothing working, tried 5 diff ways now and still nothing....I do hope i dont get 5 x recharged credited tomorrow cos it will be past event time and useless to me, wanted precious bonus and treasure bonus and few others as they all coincide on same day atm...Anyone know why none of the recharge options are working?

        same here tried several times. recharge not working. please process only once before the reset today, otherwise dont bother processing at all as all the rewards will have passed after the reset.

        Hello dear players. A friend of mine had the exact same issue yesterday, and he got charged 3 times. No diamonds received, in his Facebook history there was no track of those purchases to track a transaction ID. He called the bank and they\'ve told him that the payment went through. He contacted Facebook and they\'ve told him this:
        These charges are temporary authorization charges to validate your credit card. Typically, they appear on your statement as either pending, processing, or as an authorization. The description will likely look like the following example:

FACEBK *PAYMENT 650 543 7818 CA

These charges will be removed from your credit card automatically by your bank, usually within 7-9 business days. However, it is possible for this removal to be delayed.

If these charges remain on your card past the 7-9 business days, please provide us with a screen shot of your credit card statement with these charges as well as the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card. Please black out any other sensitive information. Once I receive this information I will be able to look into these charges further.

I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

        So bottom line, in here GTArcade has no fault.  
        In case you can provide your Transaction ID and confirm that the money were taken, then please provide IGN, server and Transaction ID and we will report this for you.
