Can't Recharge and VIP ran out

I have been trying to get my account whitelisted for almost a full week now. I have lost my VIP level 7 and have now missed 3 precious and tycoon events. I have also missed all the other events in between. Can someone please get this situation resolved for me? I am going to start falling behind on my server. I play on server (960) Limhah and my IGN is DeadMan1980. Someone please help. I don\'t want to have to quit this game when I have come this far and spent so much.

in mean time try to select a different payment method, and can renew with dias once recharge goes thru, you do not lose the last VIP level you were at, so will revert back to 7 once renewed.
