br issues??

is ur br suppose to be diff on ur heroes from ur charater screen to ur party screen? all my heroes r diff brs like my goddless wolf is 917k in party but only 905k in character,the 905k is the wrong br the 917k is what it is,also r u all ever going to fix the missfiring of skills,my ring works about 15% of the time,like herc and earth go off at start of a battle takes all ur rage and does nothing,abyssal hardly ever works.and now arcane is starting to missfire as well,these skills missfiring is the diff betweeen winning and losing especially in pvp and pve
