Hero Element - Bug or Normal?

        Hello ,;

        I\'ve noticed that some players have heroes in their party with element skills like Level 20/20/20 or Level 1/1/20 .
        I think it might be a bug abuse , to raise an element to level 20 while the rest stay low , don\'t you think?

        I\'ve heard that focusing on a single type of element using;only the NORMAL upgrade , would make that go to level 20 and then never lower .


        Is this LEGAL or it\'s a bug abuse?


        I would like a game master/moderator whatever to answer , and if it\'s ilegal , I will give some names also for checking.

it is legal, just have to understand how that system works, there is a max amount that an element can reach, once it does, it locks out. So some concentrate on 1 until it locks then go to next, it is a tactic/strategy to complete the training. It is open to all players to use, so it is fair.;
