support will not allow me to send a ticket

I have been trying to send a support ticket from my account now for a week and I get nothing and no history of me sending it....I have been charged on my bank acct for diamonds I did not receive and cant even get anything done about it....a friend even tried to submit a ticket for me but was told that I needed to send the information.....if I could send a support ticket he would not be doing it for me....can someone please get a message that not only do I have diamonds that I paid for and did not get but I have a broken support ticket system

the ticket system is very slow to broken, will have better luck doing a post in support section of this forum, you will need to include your IGN, server # , SS of the problem if possible, and since it is a recharge issue SS of payment history with trans ID. Please also include a short description of what you where trying to do and what happened, thanks,
