Did Not Receive Diamonds and VIP Credit with Recharge

        I paid for 1000 ($9.99) and 1,500 ($14.99) diamond recharges two days ago and still have not received my diamonds nor my VIP credit. My credit card was charged and I have an Apple order ID verifying the transaction. I provided my order ID in my submitted in game ticket but, thus far, I have not received a response. Please help.
