Blank spot in inventory and missing daily login items

I have a blank spot in my inventory and anything that gets moved their just disappears and i collected the login daily bonus for 12 pots of gold and they have also disappeared how am i supposed to get this taken care of when the support page doesn\'t work and you can\'t put in a ticket to try and get it resolved??

Well the blank spot seems to have resolved itself some how but I\'m still out 12 pots of gold worth 10 gold each and i would really like that back since i planned on using the gold for the current Lucky Strike event that is currently going;

        About the blank spot visual bug. The best thing you can do is just close and reopen your bag/stash or even refresh.
        As for the missing gold make sure that you havent used it or move them to the stash.
If in any case you missing the daily/monthly login then i am afraid i cant help you out with it.

The blank spot seems to happen when you change the content of the bag while still having it open. An example is when you synth items such as gems which appear invisible until you close then reopen the bag.

I know i didn\'t use the gold i collected it then had to refresh my browser due to game lag then when i came back into the game my gold was gone and it made me collect a completely different login daily reward;
