How to unlock thunderstorm in awekening skills?

Hi guys

as the title says I\'m not sure how to unlock thunderstorm in awakening skills. do i need to get the books in events or can i buy them using mythic stones?

from events first, get the 50 then once unlocked can use bookshop for that skill.
