Recharge issue

I did a recharge about an hour ago for 10K diamonds, and it took awhile to get the receipt from the processor. ;I have waited 45 mins since I got the receipt and still no diamonds. ;I did this during precious.

lease look into this. ;I really want the 10K that I paid for and the 10K from precious.
I have put both the reciept and the screenshot of precious below.

I feel your pain. I recharged ate 5pm and I still haven\'t received mine and no one has answered my post.
