Not able to use Grand library exploration scroll

Moderators, I am not able to use Library exploration scroll.
Only the link to chat option is coming, use option is missing.

This is the 3rd event in continuity where i am not able to use items from my inventory.
I have reported my other 2 issues too in the past week, but my issues are still unresolved.
When are you going to fix this?
I am really fed up of all this.
Please resolve these issues, else i have to leave this platform.

Hello dear player, the exact same problem happened to me also. All I had to do was to refresh my game. Please try do so and if you still have this issue, provide your Server number also and I will make a report for you. (I can see your IGN is Vicky)

freya, i have refreshed many times and also cleared cookies and history as suggested few users.
But the problem is still there.

I posted the issue on 29th of june, it was regarding lucky capsule.
The last entry for that post was on 3rd of july.
