Stamina not refilling

My STA (Stamina) is not refilling properly.; Yesterday I did not do anything in game that require STA after 10am PST.; Today when I logged on, my STA was not completely filled.; This is really problematic given that you now have so many things that require STA.  Another member of our guild is having the same problem. Please fix.  I have submitted a ticket, but I have had spotty response from ticket submission.

I am in the same guild as Ashara Storm and experiencing the same problem as she with the Stamina not being refilled. ;I am very unhappy with player support. ;I have also submitted a ticket, but the last several times that I have had problems, I have had ZERO response from the Devs.
