        please help my bunny is missing out of my invitory; and I woant to chang my pet but it woant let me what should I do please help ?

        hi, would like to help, for the mods can you please include your IGN (in-game -name) and server # so they can report and send items if needed.;
        ;let me ask a couple questions to get a feel for what is going on,; if not in inventory go to step 2.
        1. do you have the bunny icon in your inventory? if you hover over the icon what does it say? soul or shards?
        if it says soul then continue to step 2, if it say shards go to step 5.
        2. when you go to mounts, then click glamour, and scroll over to where the easter bunny is located, ;what does it say underneath? unlock or glamour?
        3. if it says unlock, click that button.; did anything happen?  If nothing happened then you don\'t have the soul to unlock. go to step 5
        4. if it says glamour ;or changed to glamour you are good. thank you for your purchase and have a GT day.
        5. go to forge and synth, once in forge select tab items (middle tab) do you have a # next to mounts? (may need to scroll down some) if so then click and select mount to synth. go to step 2.
        6. if you do not have a number next to mounts, hover over the mount icon and determine how many more shards you need. continue to collect shards until can make soul. hope this helps. ;
