Missing/Dissapearing diamonds..pls help

        Hi
        can someone pls help,or @ least take the time to answer.I\'ve noticed some diamonds went missing,and i didn\'t buy anything.
        I want to know if it\'s possible for in-game purchase to be check,i\'ve looked everywhere & have nothing to show for those diamonds
        Already wrote a ticket with screenshots & explanations,but just being ignored.Also the game keeps exiting full screen by itself & the FB
        friend invite window keeps popping up.

        Hello nimela! The Facebook popping up..I personally made several complaints about that, I know how annoying that can be.
        Regarding your ignored tickets, can you please provide in here those screenshot so that will help the SM\'s and devs to find the cause?

the devs can go back and see what was purchased, helps if they know what day and amount to look for. most common thing that happens is in forge when synthing use dias instead of scrolls by mis-clicking bubble, and when upgrading sockets, easy to use dias there as well, good luck

        Thank you for your quick reply it happened; between the 06-07 of july.On the 06 was DW & noticed after reset the drop in my diamonds.I always make sure to uncheck anything that use diamond before making a purchase ex:craft master etc... Like i explained in my Ticket only thing i remember buying is 7 energy in craft 50(free) + 33(vouchers) + 7(bought for 210diamonds)= 90
        Pls let me know if you need other SS or info

        Hello again nimela, I am so sorry, I forgot to mention in here that I\'ve reported your issue. And now I came back with the answer also.
        So  ...on July 7th 3000 diamonds were spent on Eternal Spire Sweep, you must have clicked on Flip a diamond Card and used up all three attempts.
        Please be more careful in the future. I\'m sorry that you wasted your diamonds like this.
